this project explores the design of a modern geriatric center focused on the care, rehabilitation, and social adaptation of elderly people. it addresses the growing challenge of an aging population and the lack of adequate facilities, particularly in ukraine, where existing institutions often fail to meet contemporary standards 

drawing on best practices from western europe, the concept combines medical care, psychological support, and social engagement into a unified environment. the proposed “senior town” model emphasizes safety, accessibility, and quality of life, creating spaces where older adults can remain active, independent, and socially connected 

by integrating architectural innovation with healthcare and community-oriented solutions, the project aims to establish a new benchmark for geriatric care - one that supports dignity, well-being, and active aging
